Classes for Mind and Body
Hatha Flow Yoga
In Hatha Yoga Flow you will move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on body awareness and mindfulness. A great class for beginners as well as practiced yogis rooted in posture form, sensation, and breath.
Each teacher has a slightly different style and focus in teaching Hatha Flow, try them all!
Power Flow Yoga
A fast-paced, heated yoga experience sequenced to challenge you both mentally and physically. Each class features fresh variations of poses and sequences with a consistent flow anchored in the Vinyasa style. Get your blood pumping with this full body workout and energize yourself to tackle the day ahead!
Restorative Yin Yoga
A varying series of gentle yoga poses to encourage a calm and relaxed mental state with a strong focus on deep, restorative breathing. Designed to de-stress your mind and release tension in your body, this class is a perfect way to unwind after a stressful shift or week.
Power Core
Pilates
Power Core Pilates is a dynamically paced class designed to build muscular strength and increase mobility through low impact movements. Increase your core abdominal strength through form-focused body weight exercises while mastering awareness of your own mind-to-muscle connection.
The non-heated version of this class takes place in our Studio Library.
The heated version of this class takes place in our Hot Yoga Dome at a temperature of 95 degrees F.
Meditation Classes
To learn and practice the skill of meditation is to root a deep connection to your physical body whilst developing a strong awareness for the thoughts and emotions that influence your behavior. A consistent meditation practice will give you the tools to be able to stay centered and keep your inner peace during the challenges of life we all face as humans. Whether you are new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this class will provide you the space and tools to tap out of the outside world and into your Self.
Breathwork Sessions
Learning to harness the power of your breath using various techniques can deeply impact your connection to your physical body and mental state. Breathwork is proven to be able to reduce stress and boost the human immune system. Other benefits include increased alertness and ability to emotionally regulate. In a Breathwork Session you will learn and practice a variety of breathing techniques that allow you to connect your mind to your body in a whole new way. Come as you are: fresh to the idea of using breath as a tool or as an advanced practitioner, all people can benefit from breathwork.
