A decade ago he transformed his life by shifting from a student of to a practitioner of these interventions. Today he continues to learn and strives to live in practice. Having turned his interests into a passion, his purpose now—the purpose of The Phoenix Project, is to share what he has learned, because everyone deserves to take control of their health and optimize what he has termed their FLOWSPAN. This is something that no outside institution, medication, or supplement can do. This is a goal achieved only through our own actions, thus our mantra: only YOU can change.
